The Industries Order Management Solution
The goal of Industries Order Management is to revolutionize the order management space by providing the first enterprise catalog-driven order management application that does the things described here.
Integrates into your end-to-end ecosystem by combining a complete product, service and resource model to drive sales, CPQ, ordering and fulfillment functions.
Provides one user interface with common tools, enabling your teams to collaboratively and rapidly create, manage and deliver offerings to market.
Allows for an evolutionary approach to transform both front office and back office systems to become catalog-driven over time. This supports the elimination of data silos and the mastering of both Commercial and Technical entities in a single model.
We present a unified solution that addresses both service provider and subscriber needs on an integrated omni-channel communications platform that enables design, order capture, order management and customer management scenarios to work cohesively. This brings agility to service providers in rapidly delivering new products, and it offers customers a seamless experience, from purchase through to delivery of the services, on any channel or device.
- Order Management Roles
The following types of people work with Order Management systems: - Order Management Process Flow
Industries Order Management offers comprehensive functionality across the two main parts of the order management process flow. - Order Fulfillment States
As an order progresses, the Fulfillment Status field updates to let you know what's happening. The values that appear in that field depend on how your org is set up. - Decouple Decomposition and Orchestration Processes
Execute decomposition and orchestration plan composition separately and asynchronously to handle high-volume and complex order processing. This separation reduces the risk of hitting governor limits and enables flexible workflows, such as reviewing decomposition results before triggering plan generation. This capability is extended to supplemental orders starting in the Spring ’26 release.
