          Troubleshoot the Customer Self Service Portal Login Issue (Managed Package)

          If the home page redirects you to the login page or reloads repeatedly, then perform the following steps:

          Managed Package Icon This feature is part of the Communications Cloud managed package.

          1. Go to Setup.
          2. In Quick Find, enter All Sites and click All Sites under Digital Experiences.
          3. Go to the builder of your site by clicking Builder.
          4. Click the gear icon labeled Page Properties to go to Pages.
          5. Click the Page Variations tab under Home.
          6. Expand the Show More menu for LoggedInHomePage and select Delete.
          7. Click +New Page Variation and then click +New Blank Page.
          8. Under Current Layouts, select 1 full-width column, and click Next.
          9. Enter the name "LoggedInHomePage" and click Create.
          10. Expand the Show More menu for the newly created LoggedInHomePage page variation, and select Assign.
          11. Select LoggedInUser and click Assign. Then click Done.
          12. Expand the Page Variations menu next to the gear icon and select the LoggedInHomePage page variation.
          13. Expand the Components menu to drag and drop sfi_SelfServiceHomeWrapper.
          14. Click anywhere on the page, and enter “{!recordId}” in the pop-up field.
          15. Publish the site.
