Update Billing Account Details for Quote or Order Line Items in Enterprise Sales Management (Managed Package)
Use the Payment option in the Displaying list on the Summary page to show the billing account name and billing address for each quote line item or order line item.
This feature is part of the Communications Cloud managed package.
By default, the Billing Account Name column is shown on the Summary page when Displaying is set to All or when Displaying is set to Payment. The Billing Address column is shown only when Displaying is set to Payment.
To customize which display option shows these columns, see Customize the Fields Associated with a Display Option.
To update the billing account details:
- For an enterprise quote or enterprise order, go to the Summary page.
- Select the line items that you want to update.
- In Displaying, select Payment.
- Click Enrich Quote or Enrich Order.
- In Search Billing Account, select the billing account that you want to assign to the selected line items. You can only select a billing account that is associated with the current business account.
- Click Save.
- Click Close or Close & Refresh.
