          View Subscription Details in Multiplay Subscription Management Portal (Managed Package)

          When subscribers log in to the customer self-service portal, the services cards on the home page provide relevant information and quick links to the primary services associated with the account.

          Managed Package Icon This feature is part of the Communications Cloud managed package.

          To explore subscription details:

          1. To go to the Services page, click the Services link in the navigation menu in the header, or click the View all link on the home page.
          2. Click the drill down icon to expand a service on the Services page to view more details about the service.
          3. Click a service to view its Service Details page that contains all the details and processes related to the service. The information shown on the Service Details page depends on the service type. You can view the cash balance and last top up details, along with the amount due, due date, and the term.

          You can also view information by drilling down the relevant section as required:

          • Usage / download and upload speeds

          • Recent top ups

          • Add-ons

          • Inclusions

          • Service details
