          Validate Setup for Multiplay Subscription Management (Managed Package)

          Validate that the Multiplay Subscription management setup is complete.

          Managed Package Icon This feature is part of the Communications Cloud managed package.

          1. Update the Field Mapper of target org by comparing it with the source org:
            1. First, login to your source org.
            2. From the View Profile icon at the top right, select Switch to Salesforce Classic.
            3. Click the All tabs plus icon plus icon.
            4. Click Field Mapper.
            5. Click Load Settings.
            6. Select Order Product<OrderItem> in the source object and Asset<Asset> in the destination object >.
            7. Click Load Settings.
            8. Review the mappings of all the field items.
            9. Now, login to your target org in a separate browser tab.
            10. Follow the previous steps from step b to step g.
            11. Compare the field items mapping in your source org with target org.
            12. Make sure all the field items in the target org are mapped according to the source org.
            13. For example: Verify that vlocity_cmt__ServiceIdentifier__c field item of an Order Product object is mapped to an Asset’s vlocity_cmt__ServiceIdentifier__c. If you can’t find it, click Add to add the field item and map it.
            14. Save your changes.
            15. Similarly, Verify or add the field items for the object mappings from Asset<Asset> to Order Product<OrderItem> and Order Product<OrderItem> to vlocity_cmt__Subscription__c.

              Note Troubleshooting tip - If there are errors of duplicate items on clicking Save, then delete the highlighted duplicate rows and save the changes again.

              Note Do not ever run the Field Maps Maintenance job in your org. This job will override any of the field map changes that are done for MSM and will restore defaults.
            16. Click the Filters List subtab.
            17. Click Add.
            18. Select NotAssetizable<IsNotAssetizable__c> in the first dropdown field, = in the middle dropdown field, and false in the last field.
            19. Save your changes.
          2. Update V2 Attribute Model, UseAssetReferenceIdForParentAndRoot, and UOWMode settings:
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Vlocity CMT Administration.
            2. Click Enable Features.
            3. Disable V2 Attribute Model.
            4. Under Vlocity CMT Administration, click CPQ Configuration Setup.
            5. Change UseAssetReferenceIdForParentAndRoot and UOWMode values to false.
          3. Add picklist values to the Order object:
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager, and then select Object Manager.
            2. From Object Manager, in the Quick Find box, enter Order, and then select Order.
            3. Click the Fields & Relationships tab.
            4. From Fields & Relationships, in the Quick Find box, enter Order Type, and then select Order Type.
            5. Add these picklist values in the Order Type Picklist Values section if they aren’t already available.
              • Replace SIM,

              • Suspend Lost or Stolen SIM,

              • Resume Lost or Stolen SIM, and

              • Change Number.

          4. Add picklist values to the Order Product object:
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager, and then select Object Manager.
            2. From Object Manager, in the Quick Find box, enter Order Product, and then select Order Product.
            3. Click the Fields & Relationships tab.
            4. From Fields & Relationships, in the Quick Find box, enter Sub Action, and then select Sub Action.
            5. Add these picklist values in the Values section if they aren’t already available.
              • Suspend SIM,

              • Resume SIM,

              • Change Number, and

              • SIM Replacement.

          5. Check field dependencies on the Order object:
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager, and then select Object Manager.
            2. From Object Manager, in the Quick Find box, enter Order, and then select Order.
            3. Click the Fields & Relationships tab.
            4. Click Field Dependencies.
            5. Beside Order Type, click Edit.
            6. Check field dependencies based on Order Type value. For Order Type Replace SIM, select each of these values for the Reason: row:
              • PUK blocked,

              • Damage SIM,

              • Doesn’t fit,

              • Faulty, and

              • Lost & Stolen.

            7. Click Include Values and save your changes.
            8. Click Field Dependencies.
            9. Beside Order Type, click Edit.
            10. For Order Type Change Number, select each of these values for the Reason: row:
              • Malicious calls,

              • Nuisance calls, and

              • Others.

            11. Click Include Values and save your changes.
          6. Make asset and mobile subscription pages as the default pages:
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter All Sites, and then select All Sites.
            2. Beside Mobile Subscription Self Service Portal, click Builder.
            3. Click the Home panel with a gear icon on the community page.
            4. Beside Mobile Subscription Flows, click the 3 dots link.
            5. Click Page Settings and then click the Page Variations tab.
            6. If it’s not already selected as Default, click the dropdown beside Mobile Subscription Flows and click Default under Audience. Mobile Subscription Flows must be marked as default.
            7. Beside Asset Detail, click the three dots link.
            8. Click Page Settings and then click the Page Variations tab. If it’s not already selected as Default, click the dropdown beside Asset Detail and click Default under Audience. Asset Detail must be marked as default.
            9. Click Publish at the top right of the community page and relaunch the community URL.
