          Connect with Salesforce Files

          Connect with Salesforce Files so that your sales reps can explore the documents in Salesforce Files, including the files in Chatter feeds and comments, records, and libraries. Discover more connections and build a network of people and companies by exploring documents in Salesforce Files. View the notes captured by interaction summaries and expand the scope of your relationship recommendations.

          1. Create a Certificate and a Private Key
            Before you integrate Einstein Relationship Insights with Salesforce Files, create a certificate and a private key.
          2. Create a Connected App
            Create a connected app to request access to Salesforce Files data for Einstein Relationship Insights.
          3. Integration User for Salesforce Files
            Create an integration user that searches for documents on Salesforce Files and syncs Salesforce Files with the Einstein Relationship Insights-enabled org.
          4. Create a Salesforce Permission Set
            After you create a user account for the integration user, create a permission set to give the user permissions to query the files in the Salesforce org. Then, in orgs where Salesforce Files is enabled, use the permission set to give the integration user permissions to list and download files. Assign the permission set to the integration user and the connected app.
          5. Assign Salesforce Files as a Connected Content Source
            For your sales reps to explore documents by using Salesforce Files, assign Salesforce Files as a content source.
          6. Connect With Salesforce Files Connected App
            Connect with the Salesforce admin account that has access to Salesforce Files.
