          Set Up Einstein Relationship Insights

          To enable your sales team to use Einstein Relationship Insights, configure the objects and records that track relationships between people, companies, or people and companies.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Unlimited Edition with Einstein Relationship Insights Basic
          Available for an additional cost in: EnterprisePerformance, and Unlimited Editions

          Configure the connected app for Einstein Relationship Insights, and then assign licenses to users. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein, and then select Einstein Relationship Intelligence. Enable Einstein Relationship Insights, and then select the object connections to enable your users to explore the objects. Choose the location at which the Einstein Relationship Insights component appears on the page layout, and then add the component to the page.

          Use a new and dedicated database to save your relationship object mappings. For the mandatory database migration to take effect, turn off and then turn on Einstein Relationship Insights, and then save the object configurations. This is a mandatory task.

          1. Assign Licenses to Users
            For your users to access Einstein Relationship Insights, assign a license.
          2. Enable and Configure Einstein Relationship Insights
            Enable Einstein Relationship Insights to configure the person record and company record objects. Use the record of interest to see recommended relationships. Enable content sources so that your users can explore relationships. For example, connect with Twitter as a content source and enable your users to search for content on Twitter and view recommended relationships based on the attachments.
          3. Manage Access to the Einstein Relationship Insights App
            Enable access to the connected app for your users to access Einstein Relationship Insights.
          4. Add the Einstein Relationship Insights Component to Page Layouts
            To ensure the Einstein Relationship Insights component is displayed to your users, add the component to page layouts. Add the component to the pages that correspond to the selected people object and company object.
          5. Add the Einstein Relationship Insights Digest Component to the Home Page
            Add the Einstein Relationship Digest Component to the home page so that your sales reps can see relationship updates from the records they follow, on their home page.
