Einstein Relationship Insights Objects With Einstein Relationship Insights, you can explore people and company relationships to view related records and also create Salesforce records.
Explore Relationships in List View and Graph View Use Einstein Relationship Insights to explore people and companies related to your prospects. By using the explored relationships, connect with decision makers faster, communicate effectively, and find warm intros to secure deals.
Manage Relationship Recommendations Use records to explore more relationships between the person and company objects. You can view, create, and delete records from Einstein relationship recommendations. View structured, recommended, or both relationships, based on the filter that you select. If you’re an Einstein Activity Capture user, see a connection path that shows how you’re connected to the record you’re viewing.
Manage Evidence for Relationships Einstein displays evidence documents for every relationship recommendation so that you can determine the nature of the relationship. Keep the relationship recommendations that you want and dismiss any that aren’t useful or accurate.
Einstein Relationship Insights Browser Extension Use the Einstein Relationship Insights browser extension to track Salesforce context across your browser windows. Einstein identifies people and companies of interest and highlights them so you can create new and view existing Salesforce records right from the web page.
Connect or Disconnect a Content Source Einstein searches the content in web and news to recommend relationships. If admin has enabled Slack, Gmail, or Salesforce Files content sources, Einstein Relationship Insights Growth users can add these content sources and get relationship recommendations from these sources.
Get Notified of Relationship Recommendations Get notified of relationship recommendations while you’re exploring a record. Explore more records while getting notified of new relationships instead of waiting for Einstein to show relationship recommendations.
Follow Records and Get Updates on Your Home Page Admins can add the Einstein Relationship Insights Digest component to your home page so that you can see relationship, news, and job updates on your home page for the contact, lead, and account records that you follow.
Understand Relationships in Actionable Relationship Center (ARC) ARC helps users understand relationships among people and businesses by presenting them in a convenient and interactive display component. If your admin has integrated ARC with Einstein Relationship Insights, you can do more with relationships.
