List View

By default, Einstein displays recommended relationships as a list of cards.

Each recommended relationship card has these components: record type icon (1), record name (2), action button (3), and evidence (4) that supports the relationship.

• Record type icon: This icon indicates whether the record refers to a person or a company. By default, Einstein Relationship Insights uses the contact object for a person record and the account object for a company or organization record. So the record type icon is represented by either the standard contact or account icon. To explore relationships for the selection, click the record type icon or record name.
• Action button: To create, view, or delete existing records directly from Einstein’s relationship recommendations, use the action button. These icons represent actions for a recommended company or organization record.
  • Add: Click to create a record.
  • Open: Click to open the record.
  • Delete: Click to delete the relationship recommendation.
• Evidence: Snippet from the documents that supports the relationship. To view the documents that support the relationship, click View More.

For Einstein Activity Capture users, when viewing Einstein’s recommended relationships on a contact record, click How You’re Connected on a related person to see the full connection details.
