            Connect to the External Scheduling System

            Specify the REST endpoints that connect Health Cloud to the external scheduling system.

            To use Health Cloud Health Cloud Foundation permission set
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Intelligent Appointment Management URL Configuration, and then select Intelligent Appointment Management URL Configuration.
            2. Click New Intelligent Appointment Management URL Configuration.
            3. Enter a Label for the configuration. The Name is autofilled based on the Label.
            4. Look up and select the Intelligent Appointment Management Configuration that you set up.
            5. Select the Endpoint Name from the picklist, for example Find Slots.
            6. Enter the URL Path for the selected REST endpoint, and save the configuration.
              For example, a URL Path that references the HAPI FHIR open-source system is /Slot/_search.
            7. Repeat these steps to create an Intelligent Appointment Management URL Configuration for each REST endpoint: Cancel Appointment, Create Appointment, and Get Slot Status.
