Note Einstein Discovery needs a minimum of 400 service appointment records to build the prediction
model. Ensure that at least 50 records are in the Show Flag field, with true or false
values, and there are at least 25 records in each category (True and False). Import this
data from the external scheduling system using the Data Loader. These records can be up to
730 days old from the day of the import. The status category for records of completed
appointments must be Completed. For incomplete appointments, the status category must be
Cannot Complete and the status reason must be No Show. To stay synchronized with the
external scheduling system and to get more accurate predictions, ensure that the status of
each service appointment in Health Cloud is up to date.
