          Create Action Plans by Using Prebuilt Bulk Action

          List creators can generate action plans for multiple actionable list members and assign action items to various colleagues as defined in the action plan template.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Professional, Starter, and Unlimited Editions with the required add-ons
          User Permissions Needed
          To view actionable list members: Actionable Segmentation permission set
          To create and assign action plans: Action Plans permission set
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Actionable Lists.
          2. Select the actionable list that you want to create action plans for.
          3. Select the records in the Actionable List Members component, and click Create and Assign Action Plan.
            The Create Bulk Action Plans page opens.
          4. Enter a name for the action plan.
          5. Select the date that the action plan starts from.
          6. Select the action plan template.
          7. Select the default status of the action plan status.
          8. If necessary, select Skip non-working days for task.
          9. To review the details, click Next.
          10. To mark that the action plan is created, select the actionable list member status, and click Done.

          Action plans are created for multiple list members in an actionable list. List creators receive a notification and an email after the creation of the action plan. List creators can submit a new bulk action plan request only after the previous request is processed.
