Integration User for Salesforce Files
Create an integration user that searches for documents on Salesforce Files and syncs Salesforce Files with the Einstein Relationship Insights-enabled org.
Add a user as an integration user by following the standard process to set up a user. See Add a Single User
Following best practices, dedicate this integration user to this one purpose. Don’t use it for another integration. To restrict this user’s permission to API only access, we recommend using the Salesforce Integration user license and Salesforce API Only System Integrations profile for this user. Assign the Salesforce API Integration permission set license or other permission set license and create permission sets for this user based on your needs.
