            Create a CRM Analytics Template Configuration

            Create a CRM Analytics template configuration to generate prediction scores for your use case. The template configuration creates a CRM Analytics app, an Einstein Discovery model, and preconfigured recipes based on the settings defined in the template configuration.

            To create a CRM Analytics template configuration: Scoring Framework Admin
            To install a CRM Analytics app: Manage CRM Analytics Templated Apps
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Industries Cloud Einstein, and then select Scoring Framework.
            2. In the New Template Configuration card, click Create CRM Analytics template configuration button.
            3. Select the template configuration type relevant for your scoring use case.
            4. Enter a unique label for the template configuration.
              The API name of the template configuration is autopopulated based on the label and can’t be edited.
            5. Select whether you want to only train or want to train and deploy the Einstein Discovery model for your use case.
              The Einstein Discovery model is a part of the CRM Analytics app that’s created based on the template configuration. You can validate the input features and prediction accuracy of your model by only training it. You can then train and deploy the model.
            6. If needed, enter a description for the template configuration.
              The template configuration’s description appears on the template configuration’s card on the Scoring Framework Setup page.
            7. Perform a step:
              1. To create and then to continue defining the template configuration, click Save & Continue.
              2. To stop creating the template configuration and return to the Scoring Framework Setup page, click Back.
