          Discovery Framework Omniscripts

          Discovery Framework Omniscripts

Create Omniscripts with conditional logic for the questions in your forms. Add other customizations, and then preview and activate the Omniscript.

          Required Editions

          • Customize a Discovery Framework Omniscript
Use Omniscript Designer to drag form elements into position. Preview elements in steps, customize properties, and access contextual guidance to discover and learn about functionality while creating your script.
          • Use Data from Previously Submitted Responses in a Discovery Framework Omniscript
Save your respondents the time and effort of entering responses to the same questions on different assessment forms. By adding the prefill integration procedure to an Omniscript, the form can access data from previously submitted assessments. Customize the prefill integration procedure to suit your needs.
          • Prefill Assessment Questions with Previously Submitted Responses in a Discovery Framework Omniscript
Save your respondents the time and effort of entering responses to specific questions more than one time. Collect new responses for certain questions on assessment forms, and prefill other questions with data retrieved from previous assessment responses. To access data from previously submitted responses, activate the prefill assessment question decision table and the prefill with decision table integration procedure. Then set up Omniscripts to determine whether to prefill questions.
          • Add a QR Code to an Assessment Form
Include a QR code on a form to let respondents open the URL or application from their mobile device. For example, respondents can scan the QR code to open a third-party application and upload documents for identity verification and screening.
          • Capture a Respondent’s Signature on an Assessment Form
Respondents can use a digital signature to authenticate their responses on the form when you add the Discovery Framework Signature element to a form. They can either type or draw their name or initials, and use the signature in multiple places on the form before submitting it. The Assessment Signature object stores the signature details, and the Digital Signature object stores the signature.
          • Dynamically Identify the Documents to Upload for an Assessment
Use the Document Matrix element in Discovery Framework–based Omniscripts to streamline the assessment process and ensure that respondents upload the correct documents.
          • Save and Resume Draft Assessments in Discovery Framework
Your users can save drafts of Discovery Framework-based assessments that they’re not ready to complete. Easily find the draft assessments that are in progress and complete them at their convenience.
          • Preview, Activate, and Deploy a Discovery Framework Omniscript Form
Preview your Omniscript to make sure that it works as expected. Then activate it and make it available on Lightning pages, in custom Lightning web components, and on Experience Cloud sites.
          • Enable Enhanced Save Responses for Accurate Assessment Traceability
Improve the accuracy and traceability of your assessment responses by linking them to the specific version of the Assessment Question used in the Omniscript. Each response is preserved within its original context, providing a more precise and reliable record.
          • Discovery Framework Data Translation
Simplify multilingual form management by storing assessment questions and responses in multiple languages. The Entity Data Translation (EDT) framework handles question versions, while custom labels manage static UI elements, so forms automatically display in the user's locale.
