          Enable Agent Console Features

          Enable Agent Console Features

          Turn on settings in your org that enable the Agent Console's associated features. Allow users to relate a contact to multiple accounts, enable interest tags, enable action launcher, enable timeline, disable automatic calculation of a contract's end date, and grant access to record alerts.

          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Energy and Utilities Cloud
          User Permissions Needed
          To enable features: Energy & Utilities Cloud Features
          To enable interest tags: Energy & Utilities Cloud Interest Tag
          To access billing account features: Energy & Utilities Cloud Billing Account
          To access timeline, action launcher: Industry Service Excellence license
          1. Allow users to relate a contact to multiple accounts.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Account Settings, and then click Account Settings.
            2. Click Edit.
            3. Select Allow users to relate a contact to multiple accounts.
          2. To enable Interest Tags, in Setup, find and select Interest Tags, then follow the guided setup.
          3. Enable Action Launcher.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Action Launcher, and then click Deployments under Action Launcher.
            2. Under Standard Deployments, select Agent Console Actions.
            3. Click Use Deployment.
            4. To manually add an action in the Action Launcher deployment, click Edit for Agent Console Actions.
            5. In the Edit Deployment window, click Next, and then Next again.
            6. On the Select actions to add page, select an action, then click Next.
              For example, select Transfer Services.
            7. Save your changes.
          4. Enable Timeline.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Timeline, and then click Timeline.
            2. Select Timeline Configuration.
          5. Disable automatic calculation of a contract's end date.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Contract Settings, and then click Contract Settings.
            2. Clear Auto-calculate Contract End Date, and then save your changes.
          6. Enable Einstein Generative AI
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein Setup, and then click Einstein Setup.
            2. Enable Turn On Einstein.
          7. Enable access to objects related to program and benefit management.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Benefit, and then select Program and Benefit Management Settings.
            2. Enable Create and manage your programs, benefits, and goals.
          8. Enable access to objects related to outcome management.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Outcome, and then select Outcome Management Settings.
            2. Enable Create and Manage Outcomes, Indicators, and Impact Strategies.
          9. Enable Einstein Generative AI for Energy and Utilities
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Energy, and then click Energy & Utilities Settings.
            2. Enable Einstein Generative AI for Energy and Utilities.
