          Set Up Sharing Settings and Sharing Rules

          Configure the sharing settings for various objects and create sharing rules for decision table file data.

          1. Configure sharing settings:
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sharing Settings, and then select Sharing Settings.
            2. In the Organization-Wide Defaults section, select Edit.
            3. Set the Default Internal Access for the following objects to Public Read Only:
              • Catalog
              • Attribute Definition
              • Attribute Picklist
              • Attribute Category
              • Attribute Category Attribute
              • Product Classification
              • Product Classification Attribute
              • Product Component Group
              • Billing Account
              • Energy Service Agreement
              • Service Point
              • Unit of Measure
              • Decision Matrix
              • Expression Set
            4. Save your changes.
          2. Create decision table file data sharing rules:
            1. In the Sharing Settings page, find the Decision Table File data Sharing Rules section and select New.
            2. Enter a label and a rule name.
            3. Update the Decision Table File data: owned by members of to include All internal users.
            4. Update the Share with to include All internal users.
            5. Save your changes.
