          Troubleshooting Bulk Site Upload

          Troubleshooting Bulk Site Upload

Troubleshoot common errors related to the automatic mapping feature, upload notifications, and CSV data failures.

          Automatic Mapping Feature Isn’t Working

Ensure the CSV column headers match the OPR entity field API names exactly for the feature to function.

The Automap feature automatically maps the CSV column headers with the OPR entity fields in the mapping page of the Bulk Site Upload Flow. For this feature to work correctly, make sure the CSV column headers match exactly with the OPR entity field API names, not the field labels.

          Missing Bulk Upload Notification

Track the import progress via the App Launcher to confirm completion if the notification doesn’t appear.

When the Bulk Import process is started, you can track the progress through the App Launcher by s electing the CSV File Import tab. After the upload and import process, you’ll also receive a notification in the org.

Upload Fails Due to CSV Data Issues

Identify the cause of the failure by reviewing the results file or checking the workflow service status.

If the upload fails due to an issue with CSV data, you can download the failureResults.csv file by clicking the notification. Correct the data in the CSV file or the org according to the error message in the file and restart the bulk upload process. The failureResults.csv file is also available under the CSV File Import tab. If the file is not available, the issue might be due to the underlying DPE job for the Import process. You can check the status in Setup under Monitor Workflow Services. The name of the DPE job is BATCH_CALC_DEFN. Usually, this indicates a platform issue.
