Enable Self-Service Portal Features
Turn on settings in your org that enable the Self-Service Portal's associated features such as Program and Benefit Management and Outcome Management.

Before you begin, enable Service Apps.

Enable
access
to
objects
related to program and benefit
management.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Benefit, and then select Program and Benefit Management Settings.
- Enable Create and manage your programs, benefits, and goals.

Enable
access
to
objects
related to outcome
management.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Outcome, and then select Outcome Management Settings.
- Enable Create and Manage Outcomes, Indicators, and Impact Strategies.

Allow
users to relate a contact
for
multiple
accounts.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find and select Account Settings.
- Click Edit.
- Select Allow users to relate a contact to multiple accounts.
- Save your changes.
