Embed the Einstein Summary component to the Agent Console app so service reps can
generate summaries of an account record. The component uses the Summarize Energy Account prompt
template to generate a summary of the account's key information. Once you add the component, you
can configure it to display the summary in a specific location on the page.
Required Editions
Available in: Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
with Energy and Utilities Cloud
User Permissions Needed
To edit the layout of the account object
Energy & Utilities Cloud Features
In Agent Console, from the App Launcher, find and select Accounts.
Click an account record.
Click Setup, then click Edit Page.
From the Components section, drag the Einstein Summary component and drop it in the
console.
Select the Einstein Summary component.
In the Generate Summary Header Label, enter Generate Account
Summary.
In the Generate Summary Button Label, enter Generate.
In the Prompt Template Type, select Record Summary.
In the Prompt Template, select Summarize Energy Account,
Suggest Clean Energy Programs, Summarize Recent Engagement
Interactions, and Summarize Recent Cases.
Save your changes.
Activate your page.
Click Activation.
Click App Default.
Click Assign as App Default, then select Agent
Console, and click Next.
Save your changes.
