          Application Approval Process (Managed Package)

          Automate the application approval process for energy and utility programs such as Clean Energy Programs, EV charger installation services, and rebates for energy-efficient appliances.

          Managed Package AppThis app is part of the Energy and Utilities Cloud managed package.

          The application approval process streamlines your business unit's application approval process using these flows:

          • Scheduled Application Approval: This schedule-triggered flow launches the approval process on a schedule.
          • Trigger Application Approval: This auto-launched flow validates the application details and launches action plan templates.
          • Process Approved Application: This record-triggered flow creates a program enrollment record once the application status is approved.

          Application Approval Process Summary

          The Scheduled Application Approval flow runs once a day for all submitted applications. For each submitted application, the schedule-triggered flow launches the Trigger Application Approval flow.

          The Trigger Application Approval flow:

          The Process Approved Application flow launches automatically when an application status is set to Approved. The flow creates a program enrollment record for approved applications.

          Note To manually reject an application, you must add a rejection reason on the Application Detail page, and then click Reject.
