Clean Energy Program Management provides the foundations of a connected experience for utilities, contractors, and customers through a single system.
The Clean Energy Program Management platform is an out-of-the-box solution for utility program administrators. The platform comes with three Energy and Utilities business apps :
- Utility Self Service Portal - For energy customers to browse and apply for clean energy programs.
- Program Management Console - For program managers and analysts to track program metrics
- Contractor Portal - For participating contractors to enroll in programs.
Reduce time to value with automation features built for the Energy and Utilities cloud, such as application approval processes, automatic energy savings calculations, and incentive calculation. Access common libraries such as the measures library and formula library across business apps. The platform also includes powerful supporting features such as Business Rules Engine, Data Processing Engine, Action Plans, Outcome Management, Document Management, and much more.

Utility Self Service Portal
The Utility Self Service Portal is a Utility website built on the Experience Cloud using omnistudio components and the Energy and Utilities Cloud data model. With the Offers and Rebates page in the Utility Self Service Portal, customers can discover personalized programs, learn about each program, and easily submit an application for the program on their device of choice.
To use the Offers and Rebates page, first set up the Utility Self Serve Portal, then set up Clean Energy Programs.

Application Approval Process
You can automate your application approval process with a template that uses standard Salesforce features such as Flow Builder, Action Plans, Approval Processes, and Business Rules Engine.
Program Management Console
The Program Management Console app provides an status overview of a clean energy program in a single dashboard. Program managers can monitor success metrics and application status in real time and take action on applications that have been submitted.
With Program Management Console, program managers can quickly deploy programs and manage energy savings, budgets, program composition and applications to achieve targets on time and under budget. New and edited programs, products, and benefit details automatically updates the associated sections in the Contractor Portal and Utility Self Service Portal.
Contractor Portal
The contractor portal provides a centralized hub for contractors with program discovery, easy program enrollment, and a UX framework for customer leads.

The Clean Energy Programs Data Model provides the framework that can be used to build, deploy, and manage all program types including clean energy programs, energy efficiency programs, demand response programs, new rate programs, low income programs and more.
