          Set up Actionable Relationship Center (ARC) for Contact Center Console

          Use Actionable Relationship Center to track and visualize account, premises, service point, and asset relationships.

          Actionable Relationship Center (ARC) lets you view your customers' relationships in an easy-to-navigate graph. ARC helps you understand relationships among people and businesses by presenting them in interactive components.

          Note In ARC, Premises objects are displayed only when the Account object is linked to a Service Account object and a Premises object.
          1. Create a relationship graph with ARC:
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actionable, and then select Actionable Relationship Center.
            2. Click New Relationship Graph.
            3. Create a relationship graph based on the configuration of your accounts, premises, service points, and assets.
            4. Save your changes.
          2. Place the ARC component on the Relationship tab of the Account page:
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Lightning App, and then select Lightning App Builder.
            2. Click Account_Utility_Console_LEX_Page.
            3. Click Edit.
            4. Select the Relationship tab.
            5. From the Components section, drag the ARC Relationship Graph component to the Account page.
            6. Enter the name of the graph you created.
            7. Save your changes.
