Set Up Einstein Generative AI for Energy and Utilities Cloud

Einstein Summary is a component on the Agent Console app that helps service reps generate summaries of account records. These prompt templates are provided in the org:

• Summarize Energy Account
• Suggest Clean Energy Programs
• Summarize Recent Engagement Interactions
• Summarize Recent Cases

Note You can’t use custom prompts in the Einstein Summary component.

Billing Insights is a component that uses natural language processing to generate summaries of billing data in the Billing and Usage tab of the Agent Console. These prompt templates are provided in the org:

• Summarize High Bill
• Compare Last Two Bills

You can optimally customize the Billing Insights component. First, create a custom prompt template using the Energy Billing Insights prompt template type, to tailor the output of Billing Insights to your specific needs. You must configure grounding data for the custom prompt template using merge fields. See Create a Prompt Template and Ground Prompt Templates with Salesforce Resources.

When you have the new prompt template with Energy Billing Insights set as the prompt template type, open the Agent Console app, edit the Account page, then click the Billing & Usage tab, then in the Billing Insights component, swap the old template names for your new ones in the top-right corner, and save and activate your changes.

• Add Einstein Summary to the Account Object
  Embed the Einstein Summary component to the Agent Console app so service reps can generate summaries of an account record. The component uses the Summarize Energy Account prompt template to generate a summary of the account's key information. Once you add the component, you can configure it to display the summary in a specific location on the page.
• (Optional) Add Billing Insights to the Account Object
  The Billing Insights component is available on the out-of-the-box Account record page, but if you have a custom Account record lightning page, you must either deactivate the custom page or add the component to the page manually.
