          Engaging with Prospects and Following Scripts

          Proactively engage with prospects by using the Actionable List Engagement component on the Account or Contact record page. Promote new products and services to the prospects and transact with them.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Professional, Starter, and Unlimited Editions

          The Actionable List Engagement component guides you during prospect engagements by providing helpful tools. Some of these tools are preconfigured call scripts, actions to complete transactions, and features to take notes on the outcome of the call and to send feedback survey.

          1. To view the record details of a prospect, click the prospect in Outreach List.
          2. Engage with prospects by following the OmniScript prompts shown in the Actionable List Engagement component.
            The Actionable List Engagement component shows an OmniScript when:
            • The List Creator sets up the OmniScript.
            • You open the Account or Contact record page from Outreach List.
            • The URL of the page is correct.
