The Actionable List Engagement component guides you during prospect engagements by providing
helpful tools. Some of these tools are preconfigured call scripts, actions to complete
transactions, and features to take notes on the outcome of the call and to send feedback
survey.
To view the record details of a prospect, click the prospect in Outreach List.

Engagement component.
