            Export Audit Records

            You can modify the filter criteria and export up to 50,000 records from Audit Trail to a CSV file for archival, sharing, analysis, or compliance purposes.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Professional, Starter, and Unlimited Editions
            1. To export audit records, click Export icon.
            2. Specify the audit records or logs that you want to export by selecting one of these options:
              • Logs from the past 24 hours
              • Currently filtered logs
              • Logs with custom filter
            3. Click Export.
              • The maximum date range that you can specify to export records is 31 days.
              • Audit Trail supports a maximum of 20 exports in a Salesforce org per day.
              • You can continue working while the export happens in the background. When the export is complete, you receive an email notification.
            4. Visit Audit Trail Export Dashboard to download or delete the exported CSV file.
