            Deploy Discovery Framework Sample Templates for Transaction Dispute Management

            Help your service representatives collect the right information for Mastercard, Visa, and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction disputes. Deploy pre-built sample templates to add guided questionnaires to your Salesforce instance. These templates include sample questions, Omniscripts, and integration procedures that make it easier and faster to gather customer dispute details.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To enable Discovery Framework: Customize Application
            To embed an OmniScript in another OmniScript: OmniStudio Admin

            Before you begin:

            1. Enable Discovery Framework.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Discovery Framework, and then under Discovery Framework, select General Settings.
              2. Enable Discovery Framework, Import or Export, and Sample Templates.
            2. Deploy the Transaction Dispute Management questionnaire templates.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Discovery Framework Sample Templates, and then select Discovery Framework Sample Templates.
                You see a list of available templates.
              2. To see the artifacts included in a specific template, such as the questions and Omniscripts, click View Details next to its name.
                It can take a little time for the OmniScripts app to open.
              3. Find the template that you want to install and click Deploy. You can deploy the Transaction Dispute Questionnaire for Mastercard disputes, the Visa Transaction Dispute Questionnaire for Visa disputes, or the ACH Dispute Assessment Questionnaire for ACH disputes.
                Wait for the deployment process to complete.
              4. Repeat the deployment process for any other dispute templates you want to install.
                After deployment is complete, make sure that you activate all the artifacts that were deployed through the discovery framework sample templates.
