Create Account Plans By Using Flexcard Templates for Business Relationship Plan
Your relationship teams can access Account Plans from the account plans related list on
the account record page. After creating an account plan, relationship managers can simply select a
template from the available Flexcard templates and apply it to the Account Plan record
page.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited
Editions with Financial Services Cloud
User Permissions Needed
To access business relationship plans:
FSC Sales permission set
Note Admins can customize the user experience by adding additional fields for the
relationship team to manually fill in, beyond those included in the Flexcard
template.
From the App Launcher, find and select Accounts.
If you’re using Account Plan Lightning page in the Commercial Banking app, from the App
Launcher, find and select Commercial Banking, and then open Accounts.
Open the required account record page, go to account plans in the Related tab, and then
click New.
Enter a name for the account plan.
Add relevant details to Account Plan Information, Customer Strategy and SWOT Analysis
sections, if necessary.
Save your changes.
On the Account Plan record page, go to the Overview tab and select a template from the
available Flexcard templates.
Click Apply to use the selected template on the Account Plan record
page.
