Add Relationship Summary Field Component to Account Plan Record Page
Make the Relationship Summary component available to your relationship managers by
adding it to the account plan record page. Relationship Managers can use the relationship summary
to generate a business synopsis of their client account.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
that have FSC Sales & Service license or the FSC Sales license and Einstein for Sales

User Permissions Needed
To create and save Lightning pages in the Lightning App Builder:
Customize Application
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager, and then
select Object Manager.
In the Quick Find box, enter Account Plan, and then
select Account Plan.
Click Lightning Record Pages, and then select Account
Plan Record Page.
Click Edit.
Make sure that you have migrated your record page to Dynamic forms. If not, click the
Details tab, in the Record Detail component pane, and then click Upgrade
Now to start the Dynamic Forms migration wizard.
Create a Summary tab and drag the Field Section component onto the
Summary tab of your page layout.
Drag the Relationship Summary field onto the field section.
In the field component properties pane, in the Prompt Template field, find and select
Summarize a Relationship.
Save your changes, and then activate the page, if necessary.
Similarly, add a Relationship Summary Field Component to the Account Plan Lightning page in
the Commercial Banking App.
