that have FSC Sales & Service license or the FSC Sales license and Einstein for Sales
Add-On enabled
User Permissions Needed
To enable Business Relationship Plan AI setting:
Financial Services Cloud Extension OR FSC Sales
AND
FSC Sales Einstein
To create or update Omnistudio components:
Omnistudio Admin
To create and manage prompt templates in Prompt Builder:
Prompt Template Manager
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Financial Services AI
Settings, and then under Financial Services Cloud, select Financial
Services AI Settings.
Turn on Business Relationship AI.
