Flows to Create Client Relationship and Interaction Summaries
Use Relationship Summary to help your relationship managers reduce the overhead of manually checking the latest updates. When new Case or Opportunity records are added to an account, or when new interactions are added to Opportunity records, relationship managers can get the latest relationship summary. When new interaction records are added to the account plan objective after the last interaction summary generation, relationship managers can refresh the interaction summary. If they’re unsatisfied with the response, they can ask Einstein to rewrite the draft.
