The Summarize a Relationship prompt template uses the Get Relationship Summary Details prompt
flow to give you rapid insights on win-loss trends, open opportunities, and unresolved cases. The
prompt flow retrieves data from five Opportunity records, five Case records, and five Interaction
Summary records under each of the five Interaction records, all of which are related to the
account plan.
The Summarize an Interaction prompt template uses the Get Interaction Summary Details prompt
flow to give you a summary of the five most recent interactions with the client that take place
in the context of an account plan objective.
You can manage and customize summary prompt templates in the Prompt Builder.
