Add Interaction Summary Flexcard to Account Plan Objective Record Page
Enable Relationship Managers to quickly get an overview of their client meetings and to
generate a summary by adding the FSCInteractionSummary Flexcard to the account plan objective
record page.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
that have FSC Sales & Service license or the FSC Sales license and Einstein for Sales
Add-On enabled
User Permissions Needed
To modify pages:
Customize Application
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager, and then
select Object Manager.
In the Quick Find box, enter Account Plan Objective, and then
select Account Plan Objective.
Click Lightning Record Pages, and then select Account
Plan Objective Record Page.
Click Edit.
In Lightning App Builder, locate the Flexcard component and drag it onto an appropriate
spot on your page layout.
Select the Flexcard component that you placed on the page.
In the component properties pane, find and select
FSCInteractionSummary in the Flexcard Name field.
Save your changes, and then activate the page, if necessary.
