Your relationship teams can create action plans by using the Tasks Flexcard component on
the account plan objective record page. View an aggregated count of tasks, whether they're
directly associated with objectives or through action plans. Visualize the distribution of tasks
based on their progress status through a task distribution pie chart. Receive updates on the
overdue tasks associated with action plans, ensuring timely follow-up.

User Permissions Needed
To access business relationship plans:
FSC Sales permission set
From the App Launcher, find and select Commercial Banking, and then
click Account Plan Objectives.
Open the prebuilt account plan objective record page and navigate to the Tasks Flexcard
component.
The Tasks Flexcard component is available by default on the prebuilt Account Plan Objective
Lightning page. If you create your own Lightning page, add the
FSCAccountPlanObjectiveTasks Flexcard to view the tasks. See
Click
the action menu item next to the refresh icon, and then select New Action
Plan.
If there are overdue tasks associated with action plans, the Tasks Flexcard component lists
the names of those action plans, providing direct access to the action plans with overdue
tasks.
Enter a name for the action plan.
Select a start date for the action plan.
Select the action plan template.
If needed, select Skip Nonwork Days for Tasks.
Select the action plan status.
To review the provided details, click Next.
Save your changes.
To create tasks for objectives without action plans, go to the Tasks tab from the App
Launcher, and create a task. Specify the necessary details and relate the task with an account
plan objective record.
