            Add Participant Related Lists to Page Layouts

            Add the corresponding participant objects related list on the page layouts for the objects and record types that you turned on compliant data sharing.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions in Financial Services Cloud
            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Nonprofit Cloud
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Public Sector Solutions
            User Permissions Needed
            To add participant related list: Configure Compliant Data Sharing System Permission
            1. From Setup, open Object Manager and select the object to which to add the participant related list, for example, Account.
            2. Open Page Layouts.
            3. Select the layout for the record type to use. For example, select Account (Business) Layout.
            4. In the object palette, select Related Lists.
            5. Drag the Account Participants related list from the object palette to the Related Lists container.
            6. Click Save in the object palette to save the page layout changes.
            7. Complete steps 1 through 6 for all of the participant objects that you use.
            Note
            Note When you add a custom object participant related list to a page layout, the custom object name is the title of the related list.
