          Activate Salesforce Connection in Slack

          After your Salesforce admin has approved the connection request from Slack, finalize and activate the connection within your Slack workspace to complete the Slack to Salesforce integration process.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To connect Salesforce for Slack to a Salesforce org: Connect Salesforce with Slack
          To manage org connections: Manage Slack App Organization Connections for Slack Apps permission
          1. Click the Slack workspace, and from the dropdown list, click Tools & settings, and select Manage Salesforce Organizations.
          2. Locate the Salesforce org connection that is pending approval.
          3. To review its details, select the connection.
          4. Click Activate.
          5. To add Slack users to Salesforce:
            1. Click the Users tab.
            2. Click Add Individually.
            3. Search for your Slack user and select your username. It’s appended with “(you)”.
            4. Click Grant Access to 1 Person.
            Your Slack user is now listed under the Users tab.
