Connect your Salesforce org to Slack. When you request a Salesforce connection in Slack,
you can choose how your members’ Slack and Salesforce accounts are connected. You can
automatically configure member accounts by using email or SAML NameID fields.

To connect Salesforce for Slack to a Salesforce org:

To manage org connections:
Manage Slack App Organization Connections for Slack Apps permission
Make sure that your Slack admin has approved and installed the Salesforce for Slack app in
your Slack workspace.
You must be a Slack admin or have the Manage Org Connections permission to connect a
Salesforce org to Slack.
Click the Slack workspace, and from the dropdown list, click Tools &
settings, and select Manage Salesforce Organizations.
Click Connect Salesforce Org at the top right of the page.
Paste the domain URL into the field for Salesforce org to connect. To get the domain URL of
the Salesforce org:
Log in to Salesforce org, and go to Setup.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find, and select My
Domain.
Copy the Current My Domain URL value.
Deselect the toggle for Map user accounts automatically.
Click Request Connection.
Click Okay.
