Configure the Dispute Object to Associate Financial Accounts with Dispute Requests
Link dispute records to financial accounts by creating a lookup relationship on the
Dispute object. Service representatives can then associate disputes with the correct financial
account during intake.

To create or change custom fields:
Customize Application
Perform this task only if you use the Financial Services Cloud managed package. In the
standard Financial Services Cloud data model, this lookup relationship is available by
default.
In Setup, go to Object Manager.
In the Quick Find box, enter Dispute, and then select
Dispute.
In Fields & Relationships, click New.
For the field type, select Lookup Relationship and click
Next.
Select the Financial Account object that’s associated with the managed package.
For Field Label, enter Financial Account and for Field Name,
enter FinancialAccount.
Click Next.
Save your changes.
