The Initiate Automated Account Transfer orchestration notifies the account that an Automated
Account Transfer request was made and attempts to process the request. If the attempt is
successful, the orchestration closes the associated case and notifies the account. If the
attempt fails, the orchestration notifies the case owner.
Customize and add the Initiate Automated Account Transfer orchestration to the Initiate
Automated Account Transfer service process.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select
Flows.
Click New Flow.
Find and select the Process Wealth Automated Customer Account Transfer Request
orchestration template.
Save your changes.
Enter a label and a description for the orchestration.
Enter WlthAutoAcctTfrRqst as the API name for the
orchestration.
Save your changes.
Refresh the Process Wealth Automated Customer Account Transfer Request page.
Save and activate the Wealth Automated Customer Account Transfer Request
