Clone and Activate the Report and Replace Cards Salesforce Flow
Use the Process Report and Replace Cards Request Salesforce Flow Orchestration to show
your users the step-by-step instructions to submit a Report and Replace Cards request for a
client. You can customize the flow to meet your business needs.

To activate the Report and Replace Cards flow:
Customize Application
The Process Report and Replace Cards Request Orchestration notifies the account that a Report
and Replace Cards request was made and attempts to process the request. If the attempt is
successful, the orchestration closes the associated case and notifies the account. If the
attempt fails, the orchestration notifies the case owner.
You can customize and add the Process Report and Replace Cards Request Orchestration to the
Report and Replace Cards service process.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select
Flows.
Click New Flow.
Click Use a Template.
Click All + Templates and select Flow
Orchestration.
Select the Process Report and Replace Cards Request Orchestration
and click Create.
Save your changes.
Enter a label for the orchestration and a description.
Enter ProcRptAndReplCrdRqst as the API name for the
orchestration.
Save your changes.
Refresh the Process Report and Replace Cards Request orchestration page.
Save and activate the Report and Replace Cards Flow Orchestration.
