Add Data Attributes for the Transfer Funds to Own Account Service Process
Create data attributes to store information that a customer provides. The Transfer
Funds to Own Account service process has predefined data attributes. However, to capture the
recurring payment details associated with a fund transfer, add the Recurring Payment Option data
attribute of type Base with the base object as Fund Transfer Request.
Required Editions
User Permissions Needed
To
add attributes:
Customize Application
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Service Process Studio,
and then click Service Process Studio.
Edit a service process or create one.
Select Data Attributes, and then click New Data
Attribute.
Before you update a flow, deactivate it.
Enter Recurring Payment Option as name for the attribute and
recurring_payment_option as API name.
Select the attribute type as Base.
Select the base object as Fund Transfer Request.
Select the field identifier as Recurring Payment Option.
Select the data type as Picklist.
If needed, select a parent attribute.
If needed, enter a default value and description.
Optionally, select Required.
Click Add.
Save your changes, and activate the service process.
