Add the Action to the Account Page for the Request Insurance Proof Service Process
To give your users quick access to the Request Insurance Proof Omniscript, add the
Request Insurance Proof action launcher component to the account page layout.

User Permissions Needed
To set up the Request Insurance Proof service process:
Customize
Application
In Setup, click Object Manager.
In the Quick Find box, enter Account, and then select Account.
Click
Lightning
Record Pages, and select Account Record Page.
Click Edit.
On the Components tab, add the Action Launcher to the record page.
In the properties pane, select the action launcher deployment
name that you entered when you created the Request Insurance Proof action.
Save your changes.
