          Clone the Notify Travel Plans Salesforce Flow

          Show your users the step-by-step instructions to submit a Notify Travel Plans request for a client. You can customize the flow to meet your business needs.

          The Process Notify Travel Plans orchestration notifies the account that a travel notification request was made and attempts to process the request. If the attempt is successful, the orchestration closes the associated case and notifies the account. If the attempt fails, the orchestration notifies the case owner.

          You can customize and add the Process Notify Travel Plans orchestration to the Notify Travel Plans service process.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
          2. Click New Flow.
          3. Click Use a Template.
          4. Select Flow Orchestration Templates from the list.
          5. Select the Process Notify Travel Plans orchestration and click Create.
          6. Save your changes.
            1. Enter a label and a description for the orchestration.
            2. Enter ProcNotifyTrvlPlans as the API name for the orchestration.
            3. Save your changes.
          7. Refresh the Process Notify Travel Plans orchestration page.
          8. Save and activate the Notify Travel Plans Flow orchestration.
