Clone and Activate the Request Statement Copies Salesforce Flow
Use the Process Request Statement Copies Salesforce Flow Orchestration to show your
users the step-by-step instructions to submit a Request Statement Copies request for a client. You
can customize the flow to meet your business needs.

To activate the Request Statement Copies flow:
Customize Application
The Process Request Statement Copies Orchestration notifies the account that a Request
Statement Copies request was made and attempts to process the request. If the attempt is
successful, the orchestration closes the associated case and notifies the account. If the
attempt fails, the orchestration notifies the case owner.
You can customize and add the Process Request Statement Copies Orchestration to the Request
Statement Copies service process.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select
Flows.
Click New Flow.
Click Use a Template.
Click All + Templates and select Flow
Orchestration.
Select the Process Request Statement Copies Orchestration and click
Create.
Save your changes.
Enter a label for the orchestration and a description.
Enter ProcessRqstStmtCopies as the API name for the
orchestration.
Save your changes.
Refresh the Process Request Statement Copies Request orchestration page.
Save and activate the Request Statement Copies Flow Orchestration.
