Clone the Request Loan Payoff Statement Salesforce Flow

To clone the Request Loan Payoff Statement flow:
Customize Application
The Process Loan Payoff Statement Request orchestration notifies
the account that a loan payoff statement request was made and attempts to process the request. If
the attempt is successful, the orchestration closes the associated case and notifies the account.
If the attempt fails, the orchestration notifies the case owner.
Customize and add the Process
Loan Payoff Statement Request orchestration to the Request Loan Payoff Statement service
process.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select
Flows.
Click New Flow.
Click Use a Template.
Select the Process Loan Payoff Statement Request orchestration and
click Create.
Save your changes.
Enter a label and a description for the orchestration.
Enter ProcessLoanPayoffStmt as the API name for the
orchestration.
Save your changes.
Refresh the Process Loan Payoff Statement Request orchestration page.
Save and activate the Request Loan Payoff Statement flow orchestration.
