Submit a Manage Card Usage Request

Your service reps can capture and submit a Manage Card Usage request through the Manage Card Usage Omniscript.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled
User Permissions Needed
To submit a Manage Card Usage request: Customize Application
  1. On the customer’s Account record page, in Action Launcher, select the action to manage card usage.
  2. Select the active debit or credit card that you want to adjust the usage limits for.
  3. Verify and configure the card controls for tap and pay, point of sale (POS) transactions, ATM withdrawals, and online transactions.
  4. Set ‌domestic and international spending limits.
  5. Review the requested card usage settings, and submit the request.

A case is created in Salesforce for the submitted Manage Card Usage request.
