Customize Complaint Record Page to View Einstein-Enabled Field

To store the AI-powered summary of the complaint, add the Complaint Summary field to the Complaint record page using the Lightning App Builder.

Available in: Lightning Experience.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited editions where Financial Services Cloud and FSC Service Einstein Add-On are enabled.

User Permissions Needed
To create and save Lightning pages in the Lightning App Builder:	Customize Application

To create a record page for Lightning Experience, from Setup on a record page, select Edit Page.
The Lightning App Builder opens.
Add the Complaint Summary field to a field section on the Public Complaint record page.
Select Auto Complaint Summarization as the prompt template.
Save your changes, and then activate the page.
