            Deploy Data Processing Engine Definitions for Financial Summary Rollup

            Clone and customize Data Processing Engine definitions of the type Financial Summary Rollup based on your business requirements, and activate these definitions.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To clone and customize Data Processing Engine definitions of the type Financial Summary Rollup:

            Modify All Data

            AND

            Customize Application
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Data processing Engine, and then select Data processing Engine.
            2. Click the List View Controls button (List View Controls), and click New.
            3. Give a name to the list, specify the list API name, and save the list.
            4. Click Add Filter, and specify these values:
              • Field: Process Type
              • Operator: Equals
              • Value: Financial Summary Rollup
            5. Save the filter.
            6. Scan through the predefined Data Processing Engine definitions available for financial summary rollup use cases.
            7. Click a Data Processing Engine definition that you plan to clone and customize.
            8. Click the arrow Dropdown Arrow next to Save, and select Save As.
            9. Specify the name, API name, and description, and save the definition.
              Note
              Note Provide meaningful names for cloned and customized Data Processing Engine definitions. For example, if you're rolling up financial information for a household or individual account, specify the names accordingly.
            10. Customize the definition if required.
            11. Save and activate the definition.
