            Reinstall the Unmanaged Package (Managed Package)

            To add the Retail Banking field sets, first remove the unmanaged package from your installation and then install the latest unmanaged package.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions

            Managed Package Icon This is a Financial Services Cloud managed package feature.

            Note
            Note If you’ve made just a few customizations to your field sets, we recommend that you make a note of these customizations, install the unmanaged package, and then reapply the customizations.

            Install the unmanaged package as follows:

            1. To remove the unmanaged package:
              1. From Setup, enter Installed in Quick Find, then select Installed Packages.
              2. Next to the Financial Services Cloud unmanaged package, click Uninstall.
              3. Select Yes, I want to uninstall and click Uninstall.
            2. To install the unmanaged package:
              1. Locate the link to the Financial Services Cloud unmanaged package in the Product Specific Terms section of your order form.
              2. Copy the URL for the unmanaged package into your browser navigation bar and press Enter.
              3. Enter the password you received from Salesforce.
              4. Select Install for Specific Profiles...
              5. Scroll down to the Personal Banker profile. Set the Access Level to Full Access. This step maps the cloned profile that you created to the Personal Banker profile provided in the package.
              6. Select Install.
                If it takes a while, you can select Done and move on to do something else while the installation finishes. Check your email for confirmation that the installation was successful.
              7. Verify the installation of the unmanaged package.
                1. From Setup, enter Installed Packages in Quick Find, then select Installed Packages.
                2. Look for Financial Services Ext.
