          Assign the Interactive Steps in the Flows for Onboarding to a Queue

          When the active screen flow associated with the interactive step runs, a record is assigned to the queue.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have the Financial Services Cloud enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To open, edit, or create an orchestration in Flow Builder: Manage Flow
          To complete assigned work and resume a paused orchestration: Run Flows
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
          2. From the list of flows, click the flow that has interactive steps.
          3. For an interactive step, under Select Someone to Complete the Action, select the assignment type as Queue.
          4. Under Queue, select the queue you set up for the onboarding process.
